By accessing or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Terms

1.1. These terms govern your use of AestheticDecor.PK and all purchases made through our website.
1.2. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian.
1.3. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Prices are listed in PKR and may change without prior notice.
We accept payments via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and COD (with advance).
Orders are processed only after the required payment (if applicable) is received.

COD Policy

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for the product amount only.
For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, delivery charges must be paid in advance within 8 hours of placing the order. You can transfer these charges from any bank account or e-wallet.
The courier company charges the delivery fee at the time of booking, which is why we collect it in advance. This ensures that your order is confirmed and helps us manage orders reliably.
When customers place orders but do not receive them, it causes significant losses for our business. To prevent this, we introduced this policy a year ago, and it has been working smoothly ever since.
If advance delivery charges are not received on time, the order will be automatically cancelled.
If a customer has two orders cancelled whether due to unpaid COD charges or any other reason their contact details will be marked as fake, they will be blacklisted, and COD will be permanently disabled for that customer.
Any future orders from blacklisted customers will only be accepted with 100% advance payment.
We appreciate your understanding, as these policies help us provide smooth and reliable service to all customers.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through Leopards Courier Courier Services.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times

Leopard Overnight: 2–4 business days (orders below 2KG)
Leopard Economy: 4–8 business days (orders above 4KG)
Leopard Overland: 6–10 business days (orders above 9KG)

Important Notes

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information to avoid delays.
Orders above Rs. 20000 qualify for free shipping.
Delivery charges are non-refundable if an order is confirmed or fails due to customer-related issues (e.g., wrong address, unavailability, refusal to accept the parcel).

Government Tax Notice

As per Pakistani tax laws, courier companies are required to deduct:

2% Withholding Tax
2% Sales Tax

on the value of all COD parcels. This 4% is submitted to the Government Treasury on behalf of the customer.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged or defective upon delivery.
Customers must report any issue within 1 day of receiving the parcel.
Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

5. Special Offers & Discounts

5.1. Offers sent to individual customers are valid only on the date issued and cannot be claimed later.
5.2. Discounts and promotions cannot be combined unless specifically stated.
5.3. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any offer at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All content on AestheticDecor.PK—including images, designs, logos, text, and product names is the property of AestheticDecor.PK and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
6.2. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

AestheticDecor.PK is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or products.
