💰 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

    • Delivery charges must be paid in advance for all COD orders.
    • For orders above Rs. 10,000, a 10% advance payment is required before processing.

Delivery charges are non-refundable once an order is confirmed or if delivery fails due to customer-related issues (e.g., incorrect address or unavailability).

📢 Important Tax Notice: As per Government regulations, all courier companies are obliged to deduct 2% Withholding Tax and 2% Sales Tax on the value of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders. This 4% tax is collected on behalf of the government and deposited into the national treasury. It is mandatory and applies to all COD customers in Pakistan.
