To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only if we send the wrong item or wrong size.

To request an exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Once we verify the issue:

  • The correct item will be sent after the incorrect product is returned and inspected.

  • Exchange shipping is covered by AestheticDecor.PK only in cases where the error is on our side.
