Description
Ethylene Glycol Distearate (EGDS) is a pearlizing and opacifying agent widely used in shampoos, body washes, and liquid cleansers. It imparts a rich, creamy, pearl-like (milky) appearance while also contributing to product texture and visual appeal.
EGDS is especially popular in premium formulations where a luxurious glossy finish is desired.
